These lots can contain up to 16 full body vaults at double depth burials. Garden Lot owners also have the option of building an 18-inch high granite monument within 25% of the lot.

With an Estate Lot, families can have the option of building a Mausoleum to further commemorate the lives of their dearly departed.

Capacity: Six full-body interments and up to sixteen urns/ashes/cremains below ground interments.
Memorial Structure: Two above ground solid granite crypts and 6 solid 16”x28”x3” granite or bronze markers within the remaining plots are allowed. Granite benches are allowed too.

Important Note:
- Lot and Pre-Need Plan Bundle Policy: All lot buyers are required to avail a pre-need plan at the same time.
- Pre-need Bundle Plan can be Cremation, Memorial Service or Interment Plan (Lot Burial service).
- At-need Case (maglilibing agad): Lot, bundle plan and at-need interment must be fully paid three (3) days before burial (libing).
How to avail:
- Get quote. Tell us the type of Lot and Pre-need Plan you are interested in.
- Fill-up application forms.
- Schedule site visit/tripping to choose a lot. You may also choose via Map only.
- Payment for Lot: Cash (Bank Deposit is accepted) or Check/s (Post-dated checks are mandatory for installment).
- Payment for Pre-need bundle plan: Cash (Bank Deposit is accepted) or Check/s or Credit Card.
- Sign Lot Contract. Notarized Contract and Policy Contract for pre-need plan will be available in 3-4 weeks.
